I made a big bowl of whole wheat pasta (I like Whole Foods’ 365 brand…good price and organic!) and I drizzled it with a bit of olive oil.
I had two different sauces on hand that I had made earlier in the week…my Oven Roasted Pasta Sauce and Popeye’s Pesto Pasta Sauce.
A quick green salad with an apple cider-dijon vinaigrette and an array of toppings for the mamas and we were set!
We had a fun morning, a yummy (and easy to prepare) lunch, and everyone went home with a full tummy!
