Lemelonade Frosty

Melon meets lemonade in this refreshing summertime frosty! You'll come back for sip....after sip....after sip! A must have as temperatures climb!

  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 c lemon juice juice from 1-2 lemons
  • 1 1/4 c water
  • 1 c frozen canteloupe chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2-3 dates pits removed


  • Place all ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!


Be sure to plan ahead—freeze your melon and banana the night before so that it's ready in the morning!
For a less tangy frosty, try eliminating the lemon zest and just using the juice—it has a more mild flavor.
