- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 c lemon juice juice from 1-2 lemons
- 1 1/4 c water
- 1 c frozen canteloupe chunks
- 1 frozen banana
- 2-3 dates pits removed
Be sure to plan ahead—freeze your melon and banana the night before so that it's ready in the morning!
For a less tangy frosty, try eliminating the lemon zest and just using the juice—it has a more mild flavor.
