Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Tis the season for all things pumpkin! Add a drizzle of Pumpkin Spice Syrup to whatever your heart desires—coffee, ice cream, a spoon, your finger—you get the idea!

Servings: 2 cups of syrup

- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup lite coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium low heat.
Whisk to combine.
Allow the mixture to come to a slight boil, whisking often.
Once mixture has boiled and is well mixed remove from heat.
Allow to cool and pour into a storage container.
Drizzle on everything and enjoy!
Store leftovers in the fridge.
