Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Tis the season for all things pumpkin! Add a drizzle of Pumpkin Spice Syrup to whatever your heart desires—coffee, ice cream, a spoon, your finger—you get the idea!

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  • Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium low heat.
  • Whisk to combine.
  • Allow the mixture to come to a slight boil, whisking often.
  • Once mixture has boiled and is well mixed remove from heat.
  • Allow to cool and pour into a storage container.
  • Drizzle on everything and enjoy!
  • Store leftovers in the fridge.
