- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk I like Thai Kitchen
- 1/2 cup frozen peach slices
- 1 bottle Sparkling Ice Peach Nectarine flavor
Freeze the coconut milk in an ice cube tray for 8 hours, or until frozen solid.
Place frozen coconut milk and frozen peaches into your food processor.
Pulse until they become a crumbly mix. Add a splash of water (1 tablespoon at a time) and continue to pulse until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth.
Divide into two tall glasses.
