Melt the almond butter in the microwave for 30 seconds to make it soft enough to work with. (I like doing this in a 4 cup mason jar so I can use only one container!)
Add brown sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and cinnamon and mix together.
Slowly whisk in the milk. It will not incorporate fully, but little chunks are ok! They just add bites of flavor!
Add the oats, hemp hearts, and chocolate chips to the milk mixture. Stir together to fully incorporate.
Refrigerate overnight. The oats will absorb all of the liquid, and it will have a thick pudding consistency. If they are too dry for your liking, add a splash of milk!
Serve and enjoy! My kids like these with fresh fruit on top! Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3+ days (they don't last more than a day or two in my house!).
