Bacon Cheese Dog
Take your BBQ to the next level with some Bacon Cheese Dogs! Totally delicious. Totally vegan.
Ingredients
- 1 package of Lightlife Smart Dogs
- 1 batch of Vegan Queso Dip (see link in notes)
- 1 package of Lightlife Smart Bacon
- hot dog buns
Instructions
- Prepare the queso dip according to instructions and set aside.
- Prepare the Smart Bacon according to package instructions—I pan sear mine until slightly brown and crisp on each side. Once cooked, chop into small pieces and set aside.
- Grill your Smart Dogs according to package instructions. If you don't want to grill, you can also cook your Smart Dogs in a skillet, turning to brown all sides.
To assemble your Bacon Cheese Dog:
- Place Smart Dog into bun.
- Drizzle with vegan queso dip.
- Sprinkle with Smart Bacon bits.
