Champagne Sangria with Pineapple and Berries
This festive Champagne Sangria is made with just 4 ingredients! It's a must have at your next swanky....or not so swanky.....soiree!

- 1 10 ounce bag frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup triple sec or other orange liqueur
- 1 750 mL bottle of champagne
- 1 1/2 cups 12 ounces pineapple juice
Add the berries and triple sec to a container with a lid. Mix with a spoon and set aside to allow flavors to blend for at least an hour, but preferably 4-6 hours).
Once fruit and triple sec flavors have combined pour them into a large carafe or sangria pitcher. Use a spoon to mash the berries a bit.
Pour the champagne over the fruit, a little at a time to keep it from bubbling over.
Add the pineapple juice and stir.
Serve and enjoy (responsibly!)!
