Copycat Vegan Unicorn Frappe

Mango Layer:
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon agave
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 frozen banana
- splash of dairy free milk
Berry Layer:
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 -1/2 cup grape juice or other red juice
Toppings:
- mango drizzle see step 1
- dairy free whipped cream I like Soya Too brand
- vegan sprinkles
For the Mango Drizzle:
Place frozen mango, lemon juice, agave, and turmeric in the blender. Blend until smooth. Set aside about 1 tablespoon of the mango mixture.
For the Mango Layer:
Place frozen banana into the blender with the remaining mango mixture.
Blend, adding a splash of milk as needed.
Set in freezer to chill while you work on the second layer.
For the Unicorn Frappe:
Layer the flavors in a glass, alternating them to make a pattern.
Top with mango drizzle, whipped cream and sprinkles.
