Dirt Cups
Ingredients
- 1 batch chocolate mousse (see below for link)
- 1 package vegan chocolate cookies (I like Enjoy Life)
- 1 package vegan gummy candies (I like Surf Sweets sour worms)
Instructions
- Place the cookies (as many as you want—a half package is a good start!) into the food processor and pulse until your cookies are crumbled (but still coarse).
- Using small clear glasses (about 4 ounce size), alternate layering cookie crumbs and mousse, sneaking in worms as you see fit.
- Garnish the top with more cookie crumbs and a few worms peaking out.
- Serve to your favorite little ones—they’ll love it—and you will too!
