Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup dairy free milk
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 Tablespoons agave maple syrup, or brown sugar
- dash each of cinnamon ginger, nutmeg, cloves
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats use gluten free if necessary
- pumpkin seeds for topping
Place the water, plant milk, and pinch of salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and add the pumpkin puree, sweetener, and spices. Whisk well.
Add the rolled oats and stir to incorporate.
Simmer over low heat until most of the liquid is absorbed, and the oats are softened to preference.
Remove from heat and serve! Top with pumpkin seeds if desired.
