Snowfall Coconut Lime Margarita

For the rim:
- 1 Tablespoon agave
- 1 Tablespoon shredded coconut
For the margarita:
- 1 1/2 ounces coconut tequila
- 1 ounce triple sec liquor
- 2 ounces lime juice
- 1 ounce canned coconut milk
- ice
For garnish:
- whole cranberries (optional)
- lime slices (optional)
For the rim:
Pour the agave on a small plate.
Put the shredded coconut on a second plate.
Dip the rim of your glass into the agave, making sure to go all the way around the rim of the glass.
Dip the agave coated rim into the coconut, carefully working your way around to coat the entire rim.
Set aside.
For the margarita:
Place the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and coconut milk in a cocktail shaker or container with lid. Add ice.
Shake vigorously until all ingredients are incorporated.
Place a few ice cubes into the prepared rimmed glass.
Strain the margarita mixture into the glass (leaving the ice cubes from shaking behind).
Garnish with cranberries or lime slice if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
