This easy peanut butter dip will have your kids snacking on their veggies in no time!
Peanut Butter Dip
Kids are notorious for being opinionated when it comes to their food and what they like. Sometimes though, something a little familiar paired with something new can be the perfect combination! This Peanut Butter Dip is a great vehicle to get kids to try foods they might not otherwise be excited about! Sweet and salty, we like to dip snap peas, carrots, broccoli, celery, apples and tofu in this dip! David also loves it over pasta like ravioli (not sure that I would love it like that, but he REALLY does!). Feel free to swap out the peanut butter for another nut or seed butter, or even a soy no-peanut butter if you have allergies (that’s what we do now for Jonathan).
I almost hesitate to call this a recipe because it is so simple, but it’s so yummy, and we make it all of the time, so I had to share it!
