My Favorite Vegan Holiday Recipes
Every time a holiday comes around I am flooded with requests for family dinner worthy recipes. I thought it was time to organize them all in one place! The holidays can be stressful. Sometimes the stress comes from trying to live up to the memories you have of holidays past. Other times the stress comes from spending time with family in close quarters. And for many vegans, it can be stressful to be the one rocking the boat at a meal that doesn’t traditionally center around vegan eating. Enter My Favorite Vegan Holiday Recipes.
Some people enjoy creating new traditions, but I really like to recreate my family favorites in vegan form. Better yet, I love to share them with my non vegan family and friends! I do my best to avoid “weird, vegan food” and stick to simple ingredients that everyone is familiar with—fruits and vegetables take center stage in all of these recipes. Here are some of my favorite vegan holiday recipes. I’ve even thrown in a few brunch items at the very end in case you are hosting overnight guests! I hope you find a few recipes that you’ll enjoy! Be sure to take a picture of your holiday spread and post it to social media. Give me a tag so that I can see! {#frieddandelions // @frieddandelions}
